About the event
Come take advantage of our monthly free community class. We will guide you through
gentle stretching, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. Some poses may be modified or adapted to accommodate a woman's changing body and growing belly. We aim to help women prepare for childbirth and stay healthy throughout their pregnancy.
